Description

Ville Gelsi is the mark that distinguishes 3 typical houses in the town of Bibbona, on the edge of the Macchia Magona, the limit of the Etruscan Coast and a few kilometers from Strada del Vino.
The houses are placed in sequence at about 1 km away from each other and enjoy an enviable position hill with a view to 360 degrees.

Podere Ginepraia
The Podere Ginepraia is a stone farmhouse, finely restored in compliance with typical Tuscan attention to detail and comfort. Spread over two floors with the possibility of hosting up to a maximum of 20 people (18 +2).

The restructuring was made in particular by giving the possibility to have:
- The house for big groups: Podere Ginepraia complete (18 + 2 beds)

Or to divide the house into two smaller structures:
- Industry Valle 8 + 2 persons
- Monte Sector 10 beds

The two areas can be rented separately to two distinct groups of customers or in conjunction with larger groups.
Each of them has on the ground floor:
lounge, kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom, cancellations and services, independent external area with porch and dining area.
In one version the two rooms connected by a structure that is mobile soundproof deleted in order to have a very unique environment in areas shared lunch / reading / television.

Ground floor:
2 kitchen, 2 rooms available by the handicapped bathroom, 2 bathrooms customary, 2 communicating rooms, both with fireplace, dining room, dining room / reading room or entertainment.

First floor:
they are two separate areas, one with 3 bedrooms and a sitting room adjacent to one of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (interior room). This part of the first floor has direct access to the first floor and ground floor from the outside through a staircase.
The other part of the first floor, not on the line with the previous year, has 4 large rooms with bath.

4 rooms with private bath including 2 doubles and 2 bedrooms (one of them with a canopy bed)

VALLEY AREA (8 +2)
Ground floor:
Entrance, large living room with fireplace at the top Tuscan cuisine, cancellations, a room also available from the handicapped bathroom.

First floor:
entry is from the outside, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms including 2 bedrooms and two beds. The main bedroom has a private sitting room available as an additional bedroom with twin beds.

OUTER
From the kitchens and numerous exits accessed outside where there is a terrace, garden, an avenue of access to the pool and bbq area masonry.
The view is on the hills surrounding landscape and pool area with sun. This is obviously an area exclusively when the house is rented or entirely shared by customers of the two sectors if you rented so separated.

POOL
Swimming pool to overflow 10 x 5 meters, depth 140 cm uniform with the sun.
The house is usually rented in its entirety and for minimum periods a week, with the ability to customize the services offered and length of stays a measure of the customer.
